It will be recalled that Poland has introduced an illegal regime and abolished tolls for carriers of humanitarian goods to Ukraine. Payment for all roads for vehicles carrying humanitarian goods has been abolished.
Penalties will not be applied to other Ukrainian vehicles due to lack of tolls.
