This is the second batch of emergency medical technicians in Lviv.
Drivers of the Lviv Regional Center of Emergency Medical Aid and Disaster Medicine received certificates of successful completion of training in the profession of “Emergency Medical Technician”.
In the future, they will work as part of field teams. Training took place on the basis of the Lviv Medical College of Postgraduate Education.
Also, the third group is already undergoing training, and the fourth set is expected from December 1.
“In the classrooms of the College of Postgraduate Education, you proved that it is never too late to study. We are proud of you all! Thank you for your work, thirst for knowledge, and future-oriented views. We are one step closer to European standards,” said Andrii Vasko, Acting General Director of LOCEMD and MK.
In general, 45 medical aid drivers have already undergone such retraining.
