This morning, hourly blackout schedules were introduced for 7 regions of Ukraine: Lviv Oblast currently has no emergency power outages

This morning, hourly shutdown schedules were introduced for 7 regions of Ukraine, but this was not enough, because electricity consumption increased compared to weekdays and the previous Saturday.

Therefore, NEC “Ukrenergo” issued an order to introduce emergency shutdowns of all categories of consumers in these regions.

There are no scheduled or emergency shutdowns in the Lviv Region, but I ask everyone to support our energy workers and the power system so that there are no more restrictions.

In the future, it is important to save electricity and try to limit its use as much as possible during peak hours of load on the country’s power system – from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The use of electricity in one region affects the operation of the power system in the entire state. Energy workers work around the clock to ensure that there is light in every home. We must remember that the disconnection in Ukraine is temporary. And the occupier will remain in the dark forever, said the head of LOVA Maksym Kozytskyi
