According to the results of document review in the 14th wave, 51 participants of the YeRobota program from the Lviv region received a positive decision from the State Employment Center to provide micro-grants for starting or developing a business. As a result, 117 new jobs will be created in the region, and the applicants will purchase equipment, materials, rent premises, marketing services, advertising, etc. with the funds allocated by the state in the total amount of UAH 12.5 million.
“Lviv Oblast leads the top three leaders among other regions of Ukraine in terms of the number of adopted positive decisions,” said the director of the Lviv Regional Employment Center, Vasyl Barilyuk. – If we analyze the types of activities chosen by the grantees of the last wave, then trade and restaurant business dominate. Some participants of the “eRobota” program grow berries or nuts, breed cattle, process milk, bake bread, manufacture outerwear, construction mixtures, metal products, games and toys, provide hairdressing, dental, engineering services, repair cars or shoes.”
According to him, since February of this year, 669 participants of the program, whose documents were reviewed by the commission of the National Center for Social Security, have acquired the right to receive funds. They will master UAH 158.4 million and create 1,421 new jobs.
Acceptance of applications for participation in the government project “eRobota” continues until November 19, 2023 through the “Diya” application (https://is.gd/KT7RoW). Funds in the amount of UAH 50,000 to 250,000 can be received by both active entrepreneurs and persons who do not yet have experience in the business sphere. After checking the submitted documents, evaluating the business plan, business reputation and credit history, the applicants must undergo an interview with the members of the commission of the regional employment center. The State Employment Center makes the decision to grant or refuse to grant micro-grants.
