A dry warehouse with an area of 14,400 square meters was built in the Ryasne-2 industrial zone in Lviv. m. It is located next to the M10 international highway, 60 km from the border with Poland.
The completed facility completed the first phase of construction of the M10 industrial park in Lviv. In total, the territory of the industrial park covers an area of 23.5 hectares and consists of six plots planned for storage and production premises, with a total area of 140 thousand square meters. The industrial park will create more than 3,000 new jobs.

We are happy to see that Dragon Capital, together with international partners, are investing great efforts in the economic growth of the city and how the city is ready to support and stimulate them,” said the Investments and Projects Department of the Lviv City Council.
At the beginning of 2023, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) invested $5.5 million in the project, with the total investment in M10 Lviv Industrial Park up to $24.5 million.
At the same time, the International Investment Guarantee Agency of the World Bank (MIGA) insured M10 Lviv Industrial Park against war risks for 10 years for an investment amount of 9.2 million dollars. This is the first investment project in Ukraine that received insurance against war risks from the MIGA agency of the World Bank.
Own management company Dragon Capital provides centralized maintenance of infrastructure facilities and security of the park.
The status of an industrial park gives its residents the opportunity to receive special preferences in the form of tax benefits, and the certification according to the international green building standards BREEAM will confirm the energy efficiency, economy and environmental friendliness of the building.
The next steps in the development of the industrial park M10 Lviv Industrial Park will be the construction of warehouse complexes in the build-to-suit format – the design and construction of an object for a potential resident.
