Garden Estate Limited Liability Company applied to the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council for urban planning conditions and restrictions.
They want to build apartment buildings with underground parking at 114-b I. Franko Street in Vynnyky. This was announced by Roman Krushelnytsky, a representative of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council, during a meeting of the executive committee.
The housing will be built on the territory of a residential multi-apartment development. The area of the plot is 0.3163 hectares.
“The building is located on a corner plot. It complies with the detailed plan of the territory in terms of location and functional purpose. We visited the site, where the concept was additionally presented to us. The building will have an underground parking lot, which will serve as a dual-purpose room.
We also received a letter of guarantee from the applicant on the transfer of part of the premises to the Lviv community. Conceptually, this building is fully integrated into the overall natural framework. It will be a 3-storey building with a fourth offset floor,” said Roman Krushelnytsky.
