The personnel and awards department developed it together with student interns.
In November last year, on the initiative of the Youth Council at Lviv OVA, a group of interns was formed from among the best students of universities, in particular, Ivan Franko University, Lviv Polytechnic and Lviv University of Trade and Economics.
At the initial stage of the internship, the students were trained in the basics of administration and were assigned to structural units for the internship. At the final stage, employees of the personnel and awards department held a brainstorming session with the interns. Based on the results of the situational team task, together with the students, they developed a modernized internship program for students of higher educational institutions of the Lviv region. Today, February 14, it was presented to the head of the Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi and the head of the apparatus of the Lviv OVA Iryna Shurpyak.
“I am convinced that public service is an interesting experience for students who want to understand how the state works from the inside. In Lviv State University, you had the opportunity to meet people from various professional environments and understand the internal processes that shape state policy on the ground. I am sure that this experience will help to expand your worldview, because the authorities are a good platform – both communication and professional, for further development in the field of public administration,” Maksym Kozytsky emphasized.
After that, the head of the Lviv Oblast presented the students with certificates certifying the successful completion of the internship program at the Lviv OVA.
