Within the land market, only in the previous month, 199 land plots – shares, with an area of 207 hectares, were sold in the territory of Lviv region.
During the period of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation – 919 plots on an area of more than 1.1 thousand hectares.
“A total of 1,510 such allotments with an area of 1.9 thousand hectares have been sold in the region since the moratorium on the alienation of agricultural land was lifted from July 1, 2021, which is less than 1% of the area of all sold shares in Ukraine. Moreover, the average cost of a hectare of allotment in Lviv Oblast is about UAH 65,000, which is more than 1.5 times higher than the average price in the state,” said Tetyana Hetman, Director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Oblast.
It is important that the calculation does not take into account the information that came to the State Geocadastre without specifying the value.
Until the end of this year, only individuals – citizens of Ukraine can purchase shares, with a limit of up to 100 hectares in one hand. And from next year, in addition to citizens, legal entities will be able to buy shares, and the limit for the two categories of persons will already be 10,000 hectares.
Regions with the most expensive land market for the entire period of its operation (based on the average cost of 1 hectare of sold share): Kyiv region (UAH 123.88 thousand), Ivano-Frankivsk region (UAH 66.53 thousand) and Lviv region (UAH 65.26 thousand).
