The growth of own revenues of budgetary institutions is observed in all spheres, except health care.
In the period from January to November of the current year, institutions of regional subordination in Lviv Oblast attracted more than UAH 1 billion of their own revenues, of which charitable contributions, grants and other revenues make up approximately 70%.
In particular, healthcare institutions received 574 million UAH, educational institutions – 198 million UAH, social protection – 127 million UAH, culture and art – more than 43 million UAH, physical culture and sports – approximately 39 million UAH.
During the specified period, a positive trend of growth of own revenues compared to last year was observed in all branches of the socio-cultural sphere, except for the field of health care. In medical institutions, there is a decrease in the amount of charitable assistance (by a third less than last year, or by UAH 205 million). At the same time, the finance department of the Lviv Oblast noted a 1.8-fold increase in income from the provision of paid services in health care institutions under regional control – from UAH 72 million to UAH 128.6 million.
For eleven months of this year, regional institutions, institutions and organizations have used their own revenues in the amount of more than UAH 932 million (93%), of which UAH 754 million were spent on protected expenses and priority economic needs, purchase of equipment and capital works – 178 million hryvnias.
