Today from 9:00 and during the day near the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after Stepan Gzhytsky there will be a mobile kitchen – a van, where food will be prepared for forcibly displaced Ukrainians.
The initiator is the Office for Disaster Management and Emergencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkey. A team of Turkish chefs will prepare for IDPs.
“Our friends from the Turkish embassy have agreed to support the IDPs who are currently in Lviv. They provided a large field kitchen, the capacity of which is to prepare food for about 10,000 people during the day, “said Yevhen Boyko, head of the city’s evacuation commission.
It is expected that in the future food will be prepared in different locations of the city near the centers where displaced Ukrainians live.
