As a result of the rocket attacks of the previous day, the energy consumption limit of Lviv Oblast was significantly reduced

Last day, an air alert was sounded once in the Lviv region due to enemy actions.

This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

“Yesterday at 08:34, sirens reported the danger of a missile attack. For about four hours, the threat of air strikes from the east, cruise missiles from the Black Sea, and the threat of launching MiG-31 missiles from Belarus (the launch did not take place). Thanks to our soldiers for all fronts, which made incredible efforts to shoot down the maximum lethal weapons, the sky over Lviv Oblast remained calm. We share the pain of all areas affected by this attack. Residents of Lviv Oblast, for the future, please do not ignore air alarms. The enemy is very insidious. Take care and believe in the Armed Forces!” – stressed the head of the Lviv Oblast.

He also noted that due to yesterday’s massive rocket attack on energy facilities in other regions, in Lviv Oblast, as in the whole country, NEC “Ukrenergo” significantly reduced the consumption limit.

“This is necessary in order to balance the operation of the power system. If the limits are exceeded in the region, emergency shutdowns may be activated. To find out the situation at your address, contact Lvivoblenergo. I would like to remind you that our state has one power system, so the situation is in one region affects everyone else,” Maksym Kozytskyi informed.

Yesterday, another 177 people arrived in Lviv from the epicenters of hostilities on two evacuation trains, and 507 people left for Przemyśl from the Lviv region on four trains.

“Through checkpoints in the Lviv region, 20,445 people left Ukraine during the day. 17,630 people applied for entry, of which 15,950 were Ukrainians,” the head of the Lviv region clarified.

The regional police processed 1,405 calls regarding suspicious persons and objects per day.

“Passage on the state roads of Lviv Oblast is secured as of this hour.” – added Maksym Kozytskyi.
