Regarding control procedures at Nyzhankovychi-Malchowice
According to the information received from the Polish side, starting from 00:00 on 30 September 2024, border and customs clearance at Nyzhankovychi-Malhowice will be suspended.
As a reminder, Nyzhankovychi-Malchowice is a temporary border infrastructure for the passage of trucks with a permissible weight of more than 7.5 tonnes without cargo.
According to preliminary information, the Polish side plans to complete the construction of the Nyzhankovychi-Malhowice checkpoint this year. The checkpoint will include lanes for cars, buses and trucks weighing up to 3.5 tonnes.
The Nyzhankovychi-Malchowice crossing point will be controlled jointly by Ukrainian and Polish border guards and customs officers.
We ask drivers to take this information into account and choose other checkpoints to cross the border.
