Excursion routes “Walking through Lviv” are changing their format

During the 5 months of the “Walks in Lviv” project, more than 500 excursions were conducted. Lviv tour guides introduced guests to the city and Lviv residents to its central part, walked through every street, courtyard and dungeon, but it was time to explore the surrounding areas as well. That is why the project is changing its format from September.

The organizers are changing the emphasis on the districts of our city, unique and little-known places that not even all Lviv residents know about.

Also, at “Walks through Lviv” they plan to gather groups of residents of modular towns and conduct excursions for a voluntary contribution or for free.

Walks will be held every weekend during September.

Chimeras, sphinxes and a real zoo

There are a lot of mythical and fantastic creatures in Lviv. This time we will walk through the area where you can see chimeras and sphinxes. And let’s go to a real zoo with real, not mythical animals! Ostriches, llamas, raccoons, peacocks, eagles, ducks, foxes, pheasants and many, many others! Also on our way will be a very original monument, a completely unique street, beautiful villas, a swimming pool and an unfinished temple with an interesting history… And finally, we will walk along a quiet green street, past a lake and blooming modern villas that look like castles and palaces…
