On Wednesday, June 28, on the occasion of the holiday, a number of festive events are planned in the region.
Therefore, at 10 o’clock in the park “Na Valakh” will begin a solemn ceremony of raising the State Flag of Ukraine and a festive program with the participation of the orchestra of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaydachny, the performer of “SHUMEI” and the participant of the Children’s Eurovision Song Contest from Ukraine – Zlata Dzyunka.
At 11:00, an exhibition of Ukrainian photo artists “100 Moments of Ukraine” will be opened at the same location, during which it will be possible to purchase photos. All collected funds will be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces. A quiz about the Constitution of Ukraine will be held for children.
The culmination of the solemn events will be the choreographic performance “Dance of my people” with the participation of the best choreographic groups of the Lviv region, which will take place at 12:30 on the square in front of the monument to Taras Shevchenko.
Residents and guests of the region, as well as representatives of the media community, are invited to participate in the events.
