The Department of Architecture of the Lviv City Council refused to issue town planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building with built-in public premises and underground parking on the street. Resort in the village Bryukhovychy of Lviv city territorial community.
The reason was non-compliance with urban planning documentation. The relevant decision was announced today at the executive committee by the chief architect of Lviv, Anton Kolomeytsev.
“A detailed plan has been developed for this territory. According to it, there is a construction regulation zone around the object, beyond which it is impossible to go. Instead, in the proposal that was presented to us, there is a way out of these lines, between the 2nd and 4th floors there are overhanging volumes with very strong cantilevers. According to the State Building Regulations, the building area is considered to be the entire area, including hinged cantilever structures.
Therefore, such a building does not comply with the urban planning documentation, so we are preparing a refusal to issue urban planning conditions and restrictions,” said Anton Kolomeytsev.
