Every year in the regional budget, as part of the implementation of the Comprehensive Program of Social Support for Certain Categories of Citizens of the Lviv Region, funds are provided for the payment of targeted cash assistance to veterans of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, widows (widows) of political prisoners and widows (widows) of veterans of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army.
More than 600,000 hryvnias were allocated from the regional budget to provide one-time assistance to 233 citizens.
