On 30 September, at 11:53 a.m., it was reported that a VAZ 2106 car had caught fire in an open area near the village of Storona, Drohobych district.
Firefighters from the local fire brigade of the village of Pidbuzh and the fire department of Boryslav were sent to the scene.
The firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading and save the vehicle from complete destruction. Thus, the fire was extinguished at 12:24 am.
Six rescuers and two units of special equipment were involved in the firefighting.
