During the joint raid inspection, two administrative protocols were drawn up for violation of the legislation of Ukraine.
Employees of the state supervision (control) department of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region and employees of the road traffic safety department of the patrol police department in the Lviv region were involved in the inspection.
“Within the joint raid inspection on St. Horodotska, in Lviv, drew up two acts regarding the violation of the requirements of Article 121 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is a violation of passenger transportation rules when providing passenger transportation services,” said Orest Shulikovskyi, director of LOVA’s road management department.
