The Lviv Hydrometer Center reports that on the territory of the Lviv region on July 8, there is an extreme (class 5) fire hazard in the northern half of the region.
On July 9-10, there is an extreme (class 5), sometimes high (class 4) fire danger, except for the mountainous part of the territory.
The head office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Lviv region warns that during the fire-risk period, dry vegetation ignites from the slightest spark, and the fire can spread to large areas in a matter of minutes, destroying everything in its path.
Rescuers call on citizens to be aware and strictly follow the rules of safe life during this period. In particular, it is about responsible behavior while staying in natural ecosystems and in open areas. After all, according to statistics, the main cause of fires in ecosystems is human activity!
Protect Ukraine from fire!
