Recently, Lviv region was visited by an important working visit with high-profile guests: the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union, and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Spain, José Manuel Albares Bueno, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha.
According to the head of Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytskyi, the attendees honored the memory of the heroes buried at Lychakiv Cemetery, paying tribute to their contribution to the defense of Ukraine’s independence and territorial integrity.
Minister José Manuel Albares Bueno expressed deep condolences to the families of the fallen and noted that Spain will continue to support Ukraine in these difficult times. Señor Albares Bueno emphasized, “Eternal glory to the heroes who gave their lives for the freedom of our country. Their deeds will forever remain in our hearts.” Maksym Kozytskyi also added that he is proud of the courage and unwavering bravery of our defenders.
