Analysis of the Hydrological Situation on Rivers of Lviv Region as of February 24, 2025

On the region’s rivers, water level fluctuations were observed within 1 – 8 cm per day, predominantly decreasing, and ice phenomena persisted in the form of edge ice, slush, and incomplete ice cover, with ice cover observed in some tributaries of the Dniester. The water temperature in the region’s rivers was between 0.0 – 2.6°.

Forecast for the Next Day

On the next day, water level fluctuations with a predominance of increase will be observed on the region’s rivers, and some weakening of ice phenomena is expected.
