On July 22, at 4:36 p.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a report that near the village of A boy from the Sambir region had a traffic accident. The driver of the “ZIL-130” tanker truck lost control and overturned onto the highway, causing a leak of propane-butane gas.
Rescuers from the city of Rudka and the operative group of the Sambir district administration were sent to the scene.
In order to prevent a fire, the fire and rescue department was provided with a barrel to create a water curtain and work was carried out to disconnect the car’s battery.
4 personnel and 1 unit of special equipment were involved in liquidation of the consequences of the road accident. Law enforcement officers are establishing the reasons and circumstances of the event.
