Sambir district: not only the forces of rescuers are united, but also the solidarity and mutual assistance of the community
On January 2 at 3:23 p.m., rescuers received a report of a fire in the village of Holovetsko, Sambir district, in a wooden farm building.
Rescuers from the local fire brigade arrived at the scene. Shooters and firefighters of the 27th state fire and rescue unit of the city of Stary Sambir.
By the time firefighters arrived, the building was partially engulfed in flames. The owners let the animals out of the building before firefighters arrived. Local residents helped extinguish the fire, because a river flows near the house from which people took water.
At 4:07 p.m., the fire was localized and at 4:34 p.m. it was extinguished.
The fire destroyed the covering on the area of 30 square meters, the ceiling on the area of 20 square meters, the wall on the area of 30 square meters was damaged.
Saved: a residential building and an outbuilding.
8 rescuers and 2 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
