On February 24, at 10:40 a.m., the Rescue Service “101” received a message that in the village Dulyby, Stryi district, during the repair work in the church, a man, born in 1990, fell from a height of 10 m onto a concrete screed.
Rescuers from the city of Stryi and the operative group of the Stryi district administration were dispatched to the scene.
As it turned out at the scene, the man was carrying out repair work in the church on wooden scaffolding.
With the help of a retractable ladder, ropes and rescue stretchers, rescuers removed the injured man from a height of approximately 10 m and handed him over to medics, and then helped to transport the man to an ambulance.
The victim was hospitalized in the Stryisky Central District Hospital.
