On 13 July, at 18:23, rescuers received a report that two tourists born in 1983 and 1984, residents of Ternopil, had gotten lost in a forest near the village of Korchyn, Stryi district.
Mountain rescuers of the Slavske Search and Rescue Group were sent to search for the lost tourists.
At 21:26, the lost women were found and escorted to the foot of Mount Parashka, and did not need medical assistance.
Rescuers urge citizens to plan their trips to the mountains responsibly, whether for tourism or other purposes:

❗️переконайтеся that your equipment meets the requirements of the hike;
❗️майте have a charged phone with you;
❗️візьміть bring enough food and water, as well as the necessary clothing;
❗️поцікавтеся terrain conditions and weather forecast;
❗️обов be sure to take reliable tourist maps;
❗️якщо if you are going to the mountains with children, keep an eye on them at all times.
