Zolochiv district: rescuers eliminate fire in a residential building
On 24 November, at 19:15, rescuers received a report of a fire in a two-storey brick residential building in the village of Yaseniv, Zolochiv district.
Upon the arrival of firefighters, the fire engulfed the roof of the building over an area of 10 square metres and household items over an area of 20 square metres.
Unfortunately, the owner of the house, born in 1960, suffered second-degree burns of his hands and was hospitalised in moderate condition at the Brody Central City Hospital.
Thanks to the professional actions of the rescuers, the building was saved. The fire was contained at 19:58 and completely extinguished at 20:29.
Six rescuers and two units of special equipment were involved in the firefighting.
