The air alert announced in the Lviv region at 02:38 on 8 July ended without any consequences for our region.
This was announced by the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.
Three X-101 cruise missiles were shot down in Zhytomyr and Cherkasy regions. During that alert, the enemy attacked Ukraine with four X-101s and two Iskander-M ballistic missiles.
At 07:19, the alert was announced again in the Lviv region. There was a missile threat to our region and the whole of Ukraine – due to the take-off of a MiG-31K. Let me remind you that these fighter jets are dagger missile carriers.
The threat was not confirmed.
