Soon, 2 fire trucks, received as humanitarian aid from the volunteer fire brigade from the city of Murnau am Staffelsee, Federal Republic of Germany, will be used for combat missions. Cooperation with German colleagues took place with the active support of Alexander Diener, coordinator of the “Blue Earth helps – Das Blaue Land hilft!” charity event.
Cars LF 8 with a water tank capacity of 800 l and LF 16 with a water tank capacity of 1600 l are equipped with firefighting equipment.
The handover of the cars took place on August 27 with the participation of German colleagues from Murnau am Staffelsee.
Replenishment of the vehicle fleet will help firefighters to quickly and efficiently respond to emergency situations, carry out urgent work in the centers of fires, extinguish them and provide assistance to the residents of Lviv Oblast.
