This was announced by the head of Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi. That is, no more than half of the consumers of Lviv Oblast can use electricity at the same time. He also emphasized that there were no air alert notifications in the region.

514 people traveled from Lviv Oblast to Przemyśl by four trains.
