According to the forecast of the Lviv Regional Center for Hydrometeorology, on February 18, westerly wind gusts of 17-22 m/s are expected in the city, and there will be ice on the roads. At the same time, there is a moderate avalanche danger in the mountains of the Lviv region.

In particular, drivers are asked to choose a moderate speed and maintain a safe distance between vehicles, turn on headlights if necessary, pedestrians – to wear shoes with non-slip soles and cross the road only in specially designated places, as well as to use reflectors (tapes, stickers, vests, etc.) , so that drivers can see on the road in time.
