Children deprived of parental care visited a health and tourism camp in Vorokhta

The young people came from boarding schools in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv and Lviv regions.

In Vorokhta, a five-day recreational and tourist camp was organized at the Wildcat estate for 41 children who had been left without parental care.

The goal of the Fairy Tale Carpathians 2024 project was to relieve the psychological stress of young people. This was achieved through interesting conversations, art therapy, workshops, sports competitions, and excursions. This trip was also a great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and nature of the Ivano-Frankivsk region: the children tasted authentic dishes, felt the Hutsul flavor and breathed the mountain air.

The young guests of the camp received hoodies, warm hats, sweets, T-shirts and hygiene products as gifts.

The event was organized by the Care of the Future charitable foundation, with the support of the Charitable Foundation: “New Horizons”, “Claw”, and the Children’s Service of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
