During the day on duty from July 24 to July 25, firefighters of Lviv region extinguished 15 fires of various kinds in the region.
In particular, the firefighters extinguished 3 fires in residential buildings, 3 garbage fires in open areas, 1 fire in a garage, 1 tree fire and 7 dry grass fires, with an area of 4,750 square meters.
In this regard, the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region once again emphasizes: dear citizens! Take care of your lives, the lives of your families and homes from fires.
Remember: fires are easier to prevent than to extinguish!
We also remind you that setting fire to dry grass is punishable by law in the form of a fine:
– UAH 3,060 to UAH 6,120 for citizens.
– UAH 15,300 to UAH 21,420 for officials.
