Lvivavtodor reported that today some customers had a temporary delay in the crediting of LeoCard balance top-ups.
Experts found that due to the installation of system updates, some customers experienced delays in replenishing their LeoCards. At the same time, they stressed that the registration (validation) of passenger trips was carried out as usual.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” the utility said.
