Today, in Bryukhovychy of the Lviv community, another kiosk was dismantled, which was operating without permits. The temporary building was located at 10 Sukhomlynskogo Street, close to the children’s playground. This time the owner voluntarily took the pavilion.
“By the way, there is another MAF in the neighborhood, which is in a terrible state. However, he has permission from the previous village council for (!) 49 years. Locals say that, given the shaky condition of the building, it may not last until then. At the moment, lawyers are looking for legal ways to solve this issue,” said the department of the city agglomeration of the LMR.
We will remind, on September 13, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council voted to dismantle five arbitrarily installed temporary structures in Bryukhovychy. Entrepreneurs got acquainted with the decisions of the city’s territorial community and had time to dismantle the structures that were once illegally erected.
