On October 16, at 12:23, the rescuers received a message that in the village Mshana, Lviv district, on the territory of one of the enterprises, a man, born in 1969, was crushed by a forklift.
Rescuers from the 15th State Fire and Rescue Department of Horodok, police officers and medics were dispatched to the scene.
As it turned out at the scene, the forklift overturned and trapped the man, he died from his injuries.
The fire and rescue department used a battery jack to unblock the body from under the truck.
Law enforcement officers are investigating the reasons and circumstances of the incident.
