Firefighters extinguished a car fire in the morning
On 8 July, at 05:37, rescuers received a report of a fire in the engine compartment of an Opel Zafira. The incident occurred near the village of Lapayivka, Lviv district.
As it turned out, the driver of the car saw smoke coming out from under the bonnet while driving. Until the firefighters arrived, the driver and other people tried to extinguish the fire with fire extinguishers.
At 05:50, the firefighters contained the fire and at 05:53 eliminated it. The fire destroyed the engine compartment.
Four firefighters and one unit of special equipment were engaged to extinguish the fire. No one was injured in the incident.
