Today at 10:48 a.m., rescuers received a report of a fire in the village of Bolotnia, Lviv district, on the second floor of a two-storey residential building in one of the apartments.
Rescuers from the 20th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Przemyslany were sent to the scene.
Upon arrival, smoke was coming out of the apartment. While eliminating the fire in the apartment, rescuers found the body of the owner, born in 1940.
The fire destroyed a wooden window, household items over an area of 10 square metres, and damaged household items over an area of 20 square metres.
The house was saved.
The fire was contained at 11:18 a.m. and extinguished at 11:31 a.m.
Five firefighters and one unit of special equipment were engaged in the firefighting operations.
