According to the Galician District Administration, the dry fountain on Svobody Avenue, near the Opera House, will not work on Thursday, 22 August. The fountain will be shut down for preventive maintenance.
The specialists will carry out all the necessary work during the day, so the fountain will start working on Friday, 23 August.
“The dry fountain near the Opera House is open every day from 08:00 to 22:00. It only stops working when there is a power outage. And about once a month we stop it to carry out preventive maintenance – to clean the nozzles,” explained the Galician district administration.
