Firefighters eliminated a fire in a house in the afternoon
On May 7, at 12:21, a fire was reported in Lviv on Kholmska Street in a two-story residential building.
As it turned out at the scene, the house was filled with toxic combustion products. So, firefighters put on special respiratory and visual protection devices and went on a reconnaissance in search of the fire center.
As it turned out, the fire started in one of the rooms on the second floor of the building. At 12:45 the fire was extinguished. However, the fire managed to destroy a bed and some things in the room, as well as damage a metal-plastic window.
Nine rescuers and 2 units of special equipment were engaged to eliminate the fire.
No one was injured in the incident. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
