The city planning department of the LMR notes that at the session held yesterday, August 18, they agreed to sell two more plots of land through an auction.
In particular, it is about:
a plot of 1.3 hectares on Ryashivska Street (from Kulparkivska Street to Patona Street). The starting price is UAH 47.7 million. The site is intended for construction and maintenance of buildings;
a plot of land with an area of 2.9 hectares in the Ryasne-2 industrial zone. It is intended for industry. The starting price is UAH 28.6 million.
“Preliminarily, both plots are planned to be sold in September. Currently, the land resources administration is preparing a package of documents for them,” the urban planning department informs.
By the way, at the beginning of next week, on August 23, the nearest auctions should take place. Among the lots are industrial and commercial lands.
Three plots will be sold:
0.21 hectares on Bohdanivska Street, near building #11. The starting price of the lot is more than UAH 2.5 million;
1.68 ha on the street Shevchenko, Ryasne-2 industrial zone. The starting price is UAH 14.7 million;
0.58 ha on Shevchenko Street, number 311-B. The purpose is for commerce. The starting price is almost UAH 18.7 million.
