Rescuers rescued an old woman who was locked on the balcony by a small child
On 20 September, at 12:15, rescuers received a report that a child born in 2023 was left alone in an apartment on the seventh floor of a seven-storey residential building in Lviv on Konduktorska Street.
Rescuers from the 4th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Lviv arrived at the scene.
As it turned out at the scene, the child was in the apartment under the supervision of his grandmother. However, when the grandmother went out to the balcony, the child locked the door behind her.
Using a retractable ladder, the rescuers entered the apartment through an open window and opened the door to the apartment where the child was and let the grandmother in. Fortunately, the boy did not need medical attention.
