The team of the Public Council under the personnel management of the Lviv City Council, the Lviv Consulting Group, LHRS and HR INTERNATURA united 10 top experts in the field of HR to hold a charity online conference. The collected funds will be directed to the Armed Forces.
The topics were selected as relevant and practical as possible, so that everyone could use the material in their companies after the conference. They will talk about:
- a global overview of the new reality of businesses
- what is really happening with the labor market
- study of wage changes
- changes in the market of proposals and candidates
- changes in personnel legislation
- psychological conditions and needs of employees
- how to communicate in a company during a crisis
Topics will be revealed with examples of their own cases. The conference will be relevant for business owners, top managers, HR directors, recruiters, crisis managers. And also for everyone who is interested in the field of personnel management and who wants to help our defenders.
