On October 29, at 1:00 p.m., the “Running instead of silence” race, organized by relatives of missing soldiers, will begin in Stryi Park.
The situation of the families of the missing cannot be compared with any other life situation. Relatives of such persons live in a state of painful uncertainty about the fate of their loved ones. As of April 2023, more than 7,000 military personnel are considered missing.
In order to draw attention to the problem of searching for missing soldiers, on October 29 at 1:00 p.m. in Lviv, the race “Running instead of silence” will be held. The 3 km race will take place in Stryi Park. The gathering of participants will begin at 12:00 at the fountain in Stryi Park.
The event will be attended by relatives of the missing military personnel of various brigades, a representative of the Commissioner for Human Rights, and representatives of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War.
