On October 18, at 03:48, the Rescue Service “101” received a report that in the city of Lviv on the street Zubrivska, 19, on the seventh floor of a nine-story residential building, the owner, born in 1955, cannot open the door of the apartment on his own, and he needs medical assistance.
Rescuers from the 29th State Fire and Rescue Department of Lviv were dispatched to the scene.
The fire and rescue department, with the help of a crowbar, gave access to the police and ambulance workers to get into the apartment, where the owner, who needed medical help, was hospitalized in a medical institution in Lviv in a moderate condition.
