The incident occurred on Mazepa Street around 15:00 on August 5.
According to Mykola Behey, deputy head of Shevchenkivskyi district, the driver of the BRT was carrying 3 cubic meters of water to fill the tanks of the prosthetic workshop of the First Medical Unit.
“He filled all the tanks, and in order not to carry the rest of the water back, he decided to dump it on the road. It was an arbitrary decision that Lviv residents could take in different ways. The driver will be brought to justice for this. I should add that this is his first day at work,” said Mykola Behei.
