In Lviv, animals rescued from a military base are looking for new owners

Seven dogs, eleven puppies, two pigs and a pregnant cat – these animals were brought to Lviv from the military base. Now they are residents of the Home for Rescued Animals. They are looking for a new home and loving owners.

A military man asked the employees of the Home of Rescued Animals, which takes care of both domestic and wild animals, to help the animals that have taken up residence with them at the base. During the stay of the military in this territory, many locals abandoned their animals. At first, animal rights activists found and took away 6 dogs, 6 puppies, 2 pigs and a pregnant cat. But on the way back, another dog with puppies was found next to the track.

“Just in the middle of the road we noticed little puppies running across the track. We instantly stopped and saw an abandoned dog with five puppies there. Of course, we couldn’t leave them there, so we took everyone with us to the shelter of the Home of Rescued Animals,” the shelter says.

Now the animals are looking for new homes and loving owners.
