On Sunday, September 4, within the framework of the “Strength in Unity” project, the Mykolaiv and Rozvadiv territorial communities will host a charity bike ride “The Banks of the Dniester”, the purpose of which is to draw attention to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the locations of the region, which are included in the territories and objects of natural reserve fund.
The route of the bike ride with an approximate length of 21-25 km will run through the settlements of Mykolaiv – Rozvadiv – Ustya. The end point of the bike ride will be the wetlands within the regional landscape park “Stilske Gorbohirya” near the village of Estuary.
Floodplain meadows, old rivers of the Dniester, Kolodnytsia (Nezhukhivka) and Shchyrka rivers, and ponds are only a small part of this magical area of the regional landscape park “Stilske Gorbohirya”, which the participants of the event will be able to see, says the acting director. Andriy Zhila, director of the RLP “Stilske Gorbohirya”.
The size of the charitable contribution for participation in the campaign is from 100 hryvnias, the collection of funds will take place during registration at the starting point, and you can also support the project by transferring funds to community accounts, the organizers note.
