On October 28, at 09:00, the Rescue Service “101” received a report about a fire in the city of Stary Sambir on the street. Promyslova, 1, Sambir district, in a free-standing metal grain drying bunker, 6×8 m in size.
The rescuers of the 27th state fire and rescue unit of the city of Stary Sambir, as well as the operative group of the Sambir district administration, were sent to the scene of the incident.
At 10:18 a.m. the fire was localized and at 10:33 a.m. it was extinguished as part of the gas and smoke protection service unit.
The fire destroyed 2 tons of grain.
1 unit of special equipment and 10 personnel were involved in extinguishing the fire.
No one was injured as a result of the fire.
