A new residential building with built-in public facilities and underground parking is planned for Lysyka Street in Vynnyky.
This was announced by the chief architect of Lviv Anton Kolomeitsev during a meeting of the executive committee.
According to the chief architect, the arrangement of this facility was considered by the city planning council.
“They plan to build a residential building with 4-5 floors. It will have 30 apartments, 24 underground parking spaces and 3 more on the street. The total area of the apartments is 2,300 square metres,” said Anton Kolomeitsev.
The developer also intends to participate in the improvement of social infrastructure, which was confirmed by letters of guarantee.
