In Chervonograd, they want to make the allocation of land plots transparent

On December 1, Chervonograd held a public discussion of the Draft Regulation on Transparency and Accountability of Local Authorities in the Free Distribution of Land Plots in the Chervonograd City Council.

The key goal of the Regulation, as noted by expert in the field of land relations Oleksandra Cholovska, is to create a record of citizens who wish to receive land plots for their main purpose and to inform residents of the Chervonograd community that these land plots can be obtained free of charge through free privatization.

According to the defined procedure, people will have the opportunity to submit relevant applications to the Central National People’s Congress. In the event that a free plot of land is not found, it will be included in the register and later, if such a plot is available, a specific person will be informed about it, and he will have the opportunity to get it for free.

Also, if the Regulation is adopted, it will eliminate many problematic issues for those who make decisions and will provide an opportunity to systematically distribute land plots to those who really need them.
